Het uitzicht en de ruimte in de kamers. Wat ook erg handig was, was de parkeerkaart waardoor je in Montale en Levanto gratis of met korting kunt parkeren. Zonder die kaart wordt parkeren erg lastig. De hele accommodatie is onlangs gerenoveerd en ziet er prachtig in Italiaanse stijl uit.
De zeer zwakke airco, niet toereikend voor de grootte van de kamer met de hitte van de zomer. De gehorigheid van het gebouw, je hoort de buren letterlijk praten en het meubilair bewegen, zowel van boven als naast je. Dat je ondanks de parkeerplaatsen voor de accommodatie toch beneden aan de stijle berg moet parkeren.
