Schoon en mooi appartement. Bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar nachten. Nette handdoeken service, ondanks dat we er kort waren. Self check-in maakt het eenvoudig, geen gedoe.
Mooie locatie dicht bij alghero centrum, niet druk gelokaliseerd. Loopt zo naar het strand en langs de boulevard. Supermarkt en restaurantjes op loopafstand.
Kamers zijn erg gehorig. Wij hadden helaas een snurkende buurman waar we overlast van hebben ervaren.

accoglienza, fatta con una bottiglia di acqua da mezzo litro, la macchina del caffè era condivisa con altre camere e non ci sono le cialde. Praticamente le vai ad acquistare poi le lasci 😁

Good location.
There was a slight smell of dampness, but it aired out quickly.
Relatively recent renovation.
The air conditioner works.
Tea and coffee provided.
A wonderful cleaning lady (sorry, I don't know her exact job title). She helped me when questions arose during check-in and called the owner.
The host is extremely rude. They acted as if the early check-in (which they approved themselves!) was some kind of noble charity or a massive favor. To make matters worse, they failed to provide it on time. No check-in codes were sent in advance. When I contacted the host regarding the missing check-in code, he simply stated that check-in was at 3:00 PM, completely ignoring our previous agreement. This is unacceptable. I spent 3 hours melting in the heat with all my bags, unable to even use a toilet, completely clueless about what was going on. If they had just told me how long it would take, I wouldn't have minded waiting 4 hours. But I was left completely ignored. In the end, I was finally checked in around 12:30 PM. It just wasn’t worth the stress. I should have booked a different place.
On top of that, the host didn't fix the wardrobe and had the nerve to imply that I broke it.
The bathroom has mold around the shower tray, and water floods the floor because there’s no curtain.
The kitchen doesn't even have deep plates.
The walls are paper-thin, and the doors creak terribly. It's a miracle the other guests were quiet.
The listing is misleading: the terrace is shared, not private.
There is also only one kettle for everyone. Having to go to the kitchen every morning just for a cup of tea is annoying and risks waking everyone else up. Each room should have its own.
