Franchement, rien à dire, tout était absolument correct ! La chambre était très propre et la climatisation fonctionnait à la perfection, ce qui était super appréciable. Le vrai point fort reste la vue depuis la chambre sur le Duomo, qui est tout simplement magnifique. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Absolutely stunning view of the Duomo from our window across a beautiful park. On arrival, the receptionist (apologies can't remember her name), gave us a map highlighting all major attractions and how to get to them, most of which were within a 20 minute walk.
Room was perfectly sized and immaculately clean.
Perfect base for our trip to Florence.

I am honestly very, very disappointed with my stay.
This was my holiday, and all I wanted was a peaceful and quiet place to relax and get some rest. I even contacted the hotel in advance and specifically asked for a quiet room.
Unfortunately, I was given a room on the first floor that was extremely noisy. I could hear absolutely everything from outside — every time someone was coming or going, doors opening and closing, and people walking in the hallway. On top of that, the guests staying above us were extremely loud, and their children were running and playing as if they were playing football at 2 a.m. When other guests were taking a shower, I could hear every step and every noise as if it were happening in my own room.
Because of this, I was barely able to sleep and did not sleep properly for three nights. This completely affected my holiday and was very stressful and disappointing.
I really believe that when a guest contacts a hotel in advance and specifically asks for a quiet room, this request should be taken seriously and, if possible, accommodated. I would have expected the hotel to assign me a suitable room, especially since I made this request beforehand.
I hope you understand how disappointing it is to spend a holiday without being able to sleep or properly relax.
