Clean had good ac and a view to see the top of the city
It was on the third floor with no elevator and I had over 70kg to carry up the stairs

The people who run the place are really kind and helpful
The stairs! Too many stairs to get to and from your room. I’d also say forget about access to the rooftop terrace. It’s a very difficult spiral staircase to get up there and there’s no way you would be able to bring your breakfast tray up to enjoy coffee and breakfast with a view of the city.

Location, very central to the main sites in Florence.
Easy access to use Tram to and from airport.
View of Dome fantastic.
Breakfast very poor, warm coffee- could do with a machine in the dining room that enabled you to make your own Hot drink, and have more than 1 cup of coffee.
Better signage outside property, as hard to locate initially.
