Jan Villa SaiGon Oasis - Complimentary Refreshments

Cute Lovely staff Vegan option for breaky

Teeny room (but cute)

Of all the hotels we have stayed in during our travels, this is the very first time I have felt compelled to write a review and give such heartfelt compliments. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would! 🌟 From the moment we arrived at around 2:00 AM, we were already greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Mr. Jay was waiting for us and personally assisted us with our check-in. Since we had just arrived, we didn't have enough Vietnamese Dong (VND) on hand yet. Instead of making things difficult, he kindly told us to get some rest first and simply settle the payment the following evening. That thoughtful gesture immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay! 😍 It was included in our room package, and everything was absolutely delicious, especially the Vietnamese Pho! What made it even better was that they served a different variety each day—sometimes chicken, sometimes beef. We also enjoyed the fresh fruits and authentic Vietnamese milk coffee. Such a wonderful way to start each morning! But what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its amazing staff. Special thanks to Umi, Lily, William, and most especially Jay! Every single one of them was genuinely kind, accommodating, and always ready to help. Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and sincere hospitality made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home rather than a hotel. ❤️ The location is also very convenient, with Ben Thanh Market and other nearby shopping areas just a short distance away. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about! Everything, from the service and food to the cleanliness and location, exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotels are easy to find, but a hotel that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and at home is something truly special.
