I must say that all of the staff are very helpful, friendly, and nice. I also love the colors and the decoration of the hotel. All of the staffs from NIk Thi Sach to Nik Nguyen Trai are wonderful and nice .
I only have one suggestion: please offer more breakfast options.

The staff were fabulous and the room was well appointed and maintained.
The fridge wasn't cold in both rooms but really a minor thing

la propreté et la situation géographique de l'établissement
en commandant une chambre supérieure, on a en fait une chambre sans fenêtre, et c'est extrêmement désagréable. Vu le prix payé, ce n'est pas acceptable. Et surtout, en commandant la chambre, à aucun moment il n'est précisé que c'est un grand placard aménagé.
