地元では名前の通った住宅街のようで、バイタクでも話が通じる事が多かった。8階（実際は7階？）だったのでまあまあ眺めも良い。家事ができる道具もひとしきり揃っているのでマクタン島の南西に泊まるなら選択肢のひとつにしても良いと思う。
まず、初めて訪れる場所だったのでアクセスにかなり時間がかかった。大きな通りから2本の通路でその住宅街とつながっているのだが、住宅街がそれなりに広く、何度か間違えた場所に行ってドアをガチャガチャしてしまった。入口で警備員が「ここじゃない」とか言ってきたが、これはフィリピンあるあるなので無視。ちなみにたどり着くには２つの検問を通る必要があります。ホストに問い合わせをしたが、同じ文章が何度も返ってくるので結構ストレスだった。フェーズとか聞きなれない言葉で説明されてもわからん。あと、洗濯機が壊れていて使えず洗濯物が取り出せなくなってしまったのと、シャワーが冷水のみで排水がつまっていてずっとトイレとシャワーの部屋が水浸しだった。ただ、放置されたわけではなくキチンと対応はしてくれたので不満は特にない。あと、これはどうしようもないが、週末は近くで大音量でパーティーを1時過ぎまでやっており寝れなかったのと、夜中にかなりの騒音でプールの水を入れ替えるという謎の作業で結構うるさい。動画が共有できないのが残念。
