This is the second time I have stayed at Dexter John's Guesthouse. The cleanliness is impressive, with numerous thoughtful touches that combine to create a very pleasant stay. I will certainly stay there again whenever I am in the area.

Easy to get there!
Very practical interior.
Fridge and microwave.
Smooth A/C
Good even for a longer stay.
The owner is very friendly and hospitable and allowed us to check-in late.
Free hot and cold drinking water on same floor for drinks or a cup noodle soup.
The bouncy floor in the room was scary at first for my GF, but we got used to it fast.
For westerners you should know, that there is not hot shower, no problem for us.

This was an absolutely wonderful room. Very very clean, very comfortable bed and great pillows. Lots of hangers and the towels were super. Much more comfortable than all of the Airbnb condos that I stayed in downtown Cebu city. Very close to the main road where you can catch a jeepney or a bus. Not very far from many resorts or from Mactan Newtown.
There is a laundry shop on site. Plenty of free drinking water right outside the rooms. Well equipped kitchen too if you would like to cook.
There’s a very nice sitting area on the ground floor with a roof for shade yet a nice breeze.
