The property was great. Very clean, great location, and very well appointed. The property manager - Savannah was amazing. Check-in process was very easy and anything we needed was seen to immediately by Savannah. Highly recommended and will be staying there again for sure.

The location was excellent as was communication with the host. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both slept really well. Lovely touch having the blankets available for getting cosy on the sofa
A small thing but tea bags and a pint of milk would have been the icing on the cake!

Appartamento a ridosso della parte centrale di Cheltenam con vicinanza di negozi e ristoranti.
La proprietaria gentilissima è venuta personalmente per le operazioni di check-in, nonostante il mio arrivo a tarda serata.
Appartamento è dotato di lavasciuga, asciugacapelli, piano ad induzione e tutto quel che serve per la cucina.
Ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio ed un comodo divano letto.
Consiglio l’appartamento sia per la posizione sia per il confort
Forse qualche stoviglia per la cucina in più ma comunque l’appartamento è fornito del necessario.

Great location in the town centre. Convenient and affordable. The place was clean.
The bed is just a double, too small for us, but would be fine if you're used to that. The TV in the bedroom was in an awkward place on the wall, I nearly knocked out off a few times. The whole flat is becoming tired and needs some tlc. Cracks in the plaster, paint needing to be touched up, drain cover missing in the shower, lots of these little things that let the place down but you could forgive for the price. One thing I think wasn't mentored is the 6 flights if stairs you have to go up to the flat. Also, the lock box is not the colour the owners tell you it is and there's half a dozen lock boxes 🤣.
