Great location on the promenade and had outdoor space.
WiFi was intermittent although advertised with great internet services. Not on when arrived and cut off day before left.
Hot water took about 10mins to run into pipes for shower and kitchen sink.

Convenient walkable near water ,large kitchen, good bedding
corner unit, visible into garden from pedestrians ,garden needs clean up looked neglected, a hedge would help ,small bedroom with door to street and a step up very noisy at 6 am due to trash pick up. Only one frying pan no pots to cook. Older bathroom handshower was hooked up to a rubber hose which came apart handyman came and put proper hose on and it worked. TV not working no subscription to get programs. There was no internet when we arrived , the lady who handed us the Keyes had to go and get a router and a handyman brought us one pot to cook . No instructions left for appliances
