We loved the owners, they were amazingly friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of little amenities (homemade muffins, apples from the tree, bottled water). The jacuzzi was a highlight for my kids, who had never used one before and loved the bubble bath that was provided. The location was also great, a short walk to the beach and river.

I am not generally of fan of shared entrances, I wish there were an outdoor area, and I would have loved a small kitchenette so we weren't solely reliant on takeout, but overall it was great value for the price.
