The location was fantastic. Super close to the city and ina beautiful street and suburb with plenty of little shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The outdoor area of the property was beautiful and really spacious and lovely and protected and private to eat in. The kids even went in the jacuzzi. All bedrooms are a great size with big, comfortable beds and the 3 bathrooms are a bonus including one en-suite.
The only thing lacking was the hot water. The showers were very temperamental changing from hot to cold without any manipulation. Was difficult to have a comfortable shower.

Dulwich House is a great large house with everything and more you need for a relaxing get away with friends. 3 large bedrooms with air conditioning . Quirky art work throughout the house that gives it a cool vibe . Very comfortable beds and pillows . The street is super quiet and friendly. Kitchen is large and is equipped with everything . We enjoyed many days and nights cooking , walking the beautiful tree lined streets, relaxing in the spa. There are restaurants nearby , great local shops just minutes walk away that has an amazing butcher , pie shop that does great coffee and super friendly staff. A supermarket , chemist and more . 10 minute walk opposite direction there is a huge upmarket shopping centre that is impressive . So easy to het around by bus . Make sure you visit Glenelg , Rundle Mall, central Food Market and Hahndorf .
Brook the host is super attentive and was happy to help throughout our stay.

location was excellent, hot tub/spa was fantastic, parking was great, kitchen extremely well stocked, good heating and air conditioning, beds were really really comfortable, nearby eating facilities very close by and good quality, owner Brook was always readily available and helpful, house was very spacious.
television was quite old and limited channels, with no streaming services at all, a few plumbing problems
