Our host saw to our every need. As we were there to visit family, we weren't at the rental much but we had ever we needed while we were. We didn't use the hot tub or appliances. There was coffee and tea provided. We asked if he had a thermos to keep the coffee hot. He didn't but he got us one by the end of the day.The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The place was spotless.It is in a very quiet location but only minutes from restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.We don't golf but it is very close to the golf course.We don't have babies or pets but there were playpen and dog bowls provided as well as lawn chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers. Things that are hard to bring when you are flying.Communication was fast and efficient. John was very accommodating.We would 100% stay there on our next visit to Cape Coral.

When we first arrived we discovered there was no water. Notified the owner and it was taken care of the next day. There were a few amenities that were missing like kitchen towels, instructions were wrong,
