Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Renewed townhouse, 2 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths located in Jax Beach, just a minute (approximately 130 yards/2 blocks) walk to the ocean. Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

Our family loved this property and the owners. Everything about it was smooth and the location is perfect, so close to the beach. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect for us!

Such a lovely property! Everything you could need is most likely already there. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Very clean and smelled so good The decor is so nice and nothing was old or outdated. Host has really done a great job of making the property feel like a place you feel comfortable. Coffee bar was fully stocked with coffee pods, teas and even a hot tea electric kettle, and full size regular coffee pot with filters in addition to a Keurig. Beds were super comfortable and the bath is also stocked with shampoo/ conditioner etc. Beach Towels, chairs and wagon for the beach-bikes and so much more. The back enclosed patio is nice with a grill a small grassy spot for our pups, beautifully lite with string lights! Short walk to the beach too. We will be returning and hope to stay here again! You won’t be disappointed booking this lovely property. Highly recommended. Property as described and reviews are accurate. Perfect gem of a property. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic stay - everything you would ever want in a beach house! The beach itself is flat and not super crowded. Host was great! Will definitely be staying here again :)

This place was spectacular. We were in town for a wedding. The hosts have an iron and ironing board, which came in clutch for this formal affair. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a coffee bar with a choice of drip or pod coffee. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a great stay and found time to walk to the beach in this incredibly quiet neighborhood.
