BONNIE’S PLACE – RENTAL POLICIES
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. EST, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. Non-Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking cabin. A $250.00 fee will be charged if remediation is required due to smoking.
3. Age Requirement
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
4. Payment Policy
A 50% deposit of the rental rate is due at booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the total rent. All payments must be made by credit card.
5. Cancellations
o Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
o Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full advance payment.
o Early departure or shortened stays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is six (6).
7. Minimum Stay
A two (2) night minimum stay is required. Longer minimum stays may apply during holidays. If a reservation is made for less than two nights, the two-night rate will still apply.
8. Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly cabin. A $95 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. Please review the full pet policy for additional details and requirements.
9. Inclusive Fees
Rates include a one-time linen and towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. Housekeeping
Daily maid service is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee.
Please do not remove towels or linens from the cabin.
Before departure, guests must:
o Load and start the dishwasher.
o Take all trash to the outdoor bin.
Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional charges.
11. Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without notice.
12. Falsified Reservations
Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of all payments, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
13. Written Exceptions
Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of Emergency Policy
No refunds will be issued unless the National Weather Service declares a mandatory state of emergency in the guest’s area of residence.
In such cases, refunds will be provided as follows:
a. Any unused portion of rent for guests currently registered.
b. Any unused portion of rent for guests scheduled to arrive after the emergency is lifted.
c. Any advance rents collected for reservations during the state of emergency period.
