great location: on the yamanote line (like a minute walk from the station), near 3 different convenience stores + karaoke and donki, walking distance (15 minutes) to shinjuku and kabukicho centre.
we felt that the room was spacious enough for two people. the beds are a great size for one person.
the kitchen was very well equipped and the wifi worked great
i get that it’s difficult to clean perfectly, but finding hair in the bathtub is never a pleasant surprise.
the mattress is not very high quality - you can feel the springs of it poking you as you lie there.
also there is a lot of noise from the street so i recommend you bring earplugs.
this is not a nice accommodation (overall a little shabby), but it’s what the money gets you in such an excellent location. i find it passable for budget travelers :)
