Cada habitación tiene un TC y una toma USB, lo cual es muy conveniente para cargar el teléfono.
La lámpara solar TERRAZA es muy bonita.

The property had every thing you would need for a lovely stay, modern and clean. The villa owners or who wver it was who I communicated with for our stay were great, they let us check in a bit earlier on day of arrival and also let us check out later on the day we left. They also left little gift bags for our 2 children on our departure day. I would stay here again, if it was available at Christmas when we come back this would be my first choice but unfortunately it’s all ready booked 😂.
The only negative I would have is they have everything else other than a toaster in the villa, and my kids love toast.

Me gustaron las instalaciones de la villa, su amplitud y el potencial que tiene para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Es un alojamiento bonito que, con algunos detalles mejorados, podría ofrecer una experiencia excelente.
Nuestra experiencia en la villa no ha sido la esperada y nos hemos llevado una decepción.
Piscina: Se anunciaba como climatizada, pero durante toda la estancia estuvo fría y nunca llegó a calentarse. Hablamos con el encargado y nos dijo que tardaba 24 horas en climatizarse, pero eso nunca ocurrió. Teniendo en cuenta el mal tiempo que hacía, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina como esperábamos. Es una pena pagar por un alojamiento con este servicio y no poder utilizarlo en las condiciones anunciadas.
Limpieza: El suelo estaba sucio, como si no se hubiera pasado la fregona, y encontramos una cucaracha muerta en una de las habitaciones. Además, el cubrecolchón estaba sucio. Avisamos al encargado para que lo cambiaran, pero cuando acudieron las limpiadoras simplemente colocaron otro encima del que estaba sucio, sin retirarlo.encima eran dos no veo el inconveniente en hacer bien su trabajo.
Billar: Tampoco funcionaba y está sucio , por lo que otro de los servicios que ofrecía la villa no se pudo disfrutar.
En general, creemos que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar, especialmente la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la comunicación con los huéspedes. Nos habría gustado disfrutar de la estancia sin tener que estar avisando de estos problemas. Esperamos que tengan en cuenta estos comentarios para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. Sería recomendable mejorar el servicio de limpieza y la profesionalidad del personal

Appliances were up to date.
Mice! First day and we had mice inside and out. Rear door to back patio was impossible to open to access the drying area. Confirmed with owner that the pool would be heated and it wasn’t until the day before we left when we asked the maintenance man to put it on.
No hot water on one day when the boiler was being adjusted.
Owner left us gifts on the morning we were leaving due to the inconvenience, including wine and chocolates and children’s bracelets. As we were leaving we could not take the wine on the flight and the chocolates had
melted. We bought mugs, cafetière and left wine and beer in the fridge which amounted to more than the gifts.
