Location is great. Pet friendly.
Every guest pays a decent amount for a cleaning fee. Not sure if cleaning is actually done. We arrived and immediately noticed the floor is coming up and apart. As this is listed as a new build, it’s very deceiving. Dust everywhere. I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay. You could see visible dust on the night stands, lamps, headboards, the blinds were even worse. We did a walk through and you can tell mopping hasn’t been done at some areas as well. I took a wet napkin and cleaned up some spots on the floors. The shower curtains were not long enough. So water would get everywhere outside of the showers. We laid towels done but by time we were done they were soaked. The shower curtains needed to be at least 12” longer if not more.
The hot tub we didn’t want to use. The water was cloudy and once the jets were turned on, you would see junk come out of the jets and being spread in the water. You could tell the water hasn’t been cleaned in some time along with the hot tub itself. Doors squeak when opened so you can hear someone from different level leave their room.
Yes, great location but the title of the listing is very misleading. The cleaning staff really need to do a better job in between stays. I’d like to think we had cleaning bedding but honestly I don’t know for sure.
