Good location and nice size for our party. Owners quick to communicate. Clean and well equipped
The shower broke down several times. We had to keep resetting/bleeding the boiler and then that stopped working so
We had cold showers the whole time we were there. The shower cubicle needs a deep clean and new sealant too

It was all very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was helpful to have the welcome items such as tea and coffee etc as well as the other little extras for cleaning. We also appreciated having two toilets and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The outside seating area was great.
The decor, particularly in the lounge, was rather tired, the seating in the lounge was too low and uncomfortable. The cutlery needs updating as what was there was mostly suited to children and some attention should be given to the outside steps which have very bobbly hand rails.
