The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with a supermarket and Starbucks nearby. The bed linen was clean and the apartment itself is spacious.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The shower curtain had visible mold, which made the bathroom feel unhygienic. We reported it and sent photos, but the issue was not fixed during our stay. The sofa and windows were also dirty, and the air conditioning was very loud at night.

Great location, well equipped apartment and specious.
Our apartment was not cleaned and there was lots of sand on the floor.

Location is great, one of the best in South Beach. A lot of good restaurants around, 5 minutes to the beach by walking. The building is clean and fresh, unit is brand new, tidy and pretty big. It has all the necessary appliances, including washer, dryer and kitchen
