Ruhige Lage an einer Nebenstraße. Zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zu finden.

For the price, what you get is actually very fair.
A lot of equiment available for use (washing machine, water cooker, rice cooker, dry function, AC...)
It is a bit away from central Shinjuku or Kabukichō, which makes it more quiet at night.
With all the equipment, it felt quite ironic that there was no bidet. But no dealbreaker.
And note, that if your room is not on the ground floor, moving your luggage up and down the frail stairs can be tricky.
Also on arrival, the room was extremely hot since the AC was off and after starting it, there was a weird smell.

The host, very easy to communicate and respond to questions fast. The location of the property. I’m asian so the property works for us so well. If your taller maybe you will struggle a bit because the apartment is small.
The toilet doesn’t have an exhaust fan or ventilation

La ubicación del alojamiento, es una buena opcion para pasar unos dias, para una estancia larga no lo recomiendo, era tranquilo y eso que estaba cerca de varios puntos de afluencia de gente.
Lo unico, que no hubiese espacio para poner la ropa, tuve que apañarme entre una mesa y un "sofa" que habia.
