The condo we stayed at was great and I loved how walker/bike friendly the community was. There was also plenty of parking and the property was very close to the beach and some restaurants. While we didn't have time to use many of the amenities, the tennis courts, pools, and fitness center were a great perk. Would definitely recommend!
I didn't love that the additional Sea Colony fees were not advertised so I was not aware of them until after I had made the reservation. We also arrived the night of September 12 (the last day of the season when fees are higher), so we didn't spend any time at the property that day, but were still charged the higher fees instead of the ones that applied to September 13-14, when we really spent time at the property. A fee adjustment could have been made, but Sea Colony did not want to offer this.

Closest pool to the property was closed. Nobody told us that so may pools gonna be closed in September.
