The location to downtown was very good, it met our needs for the weekend. The shower was awesome
One rule of the house was to repsect quiet time (through the night). The other tenant staying upstairs did not reqpest that and we did not get a restful sleep during one of the night stay.

Inexpensive, plenty of sleep space, close to downtown
Bedrooms were very quiet (would've liked a fan), renovations were very shoddy, floor had concerning soft spots, neighborhood was littered with liquor bottles, could hear every footstep and movement from upstairs guests through the ceiling.
