Breakfast was fantastic and very much appreciated - one of the better foods we had in our whole trip!
Great and accommodating staff with lots of advice and laundry service.
Rooms were very nicely air conditioned, roomy and very comfortable. Had an amazing sleep each time
Sauna wasn't actually working on any of the days we stayed there as it had to be requested.
Defeated the whole purpose of booking a SPA hotel for us so we were quite disappointed.
Location is a bit far from the medina but this can be a plus as well if you want a little more privacy, kids constantly begging outside though so maybe not a lot of privacy.

I had a perfect stay at the riad! Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the warm welcome to the cleanliness, comfort, and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
The location was excellent, the food was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the hospitality, attention to detail, and flexibility of the team.
Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I would be happy to come back again!

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, attentionné et aux petits soins. À mon arrivée, la chambre qui m’avait été attribuée ne me convenait pas et on m’a immédiatement proposé un surclassement. J’ai vraiment senti que la satisfaction des clients était une priorité, et c’est très appréciable.
L’établissement est très beau et surtout très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bien. J’ai aussi particulièrement apprécié le calme : aucun bruit la nuit, j’ai pu dormir paisiblement et vraiment profiter de mon séjour.
Le principal point négatif pour moi reste la localisation. L’établissement se trouve dans un quartier populaire et peu touristique, ce qui n’était pas forcément adapté à mon séjour en tant que femme voyageant seule. Les premiers jours, j’ai été un peu impressionnée par les nombreux regards lorsque je sortais, sans pour autant pouvoir dire que je me suis sentie réellement en insécurité. J’ai simplement adapté un peu ma tenue les jours suivants pour me fondre davantage dans l’environnement.
J’ai également été déçue par la distance avec la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le GPS indiquait environ 31 minutes à pied depuis l’établissement, alors qu’il était indiqué qu’elle se trouvait à environ 15 minutes. Voyageant seule, je ne me sentais pas à l’aise pour effectuer ce trajet à pied et j’ai donc dû me déplacer quasiment exclusivement en taxi. C’est dommage, car j’aurais aimé pouvoir profiter davantage de Marrakech à pied.
