Location, value for money, 3 showers, peaceful environment, nice view of the mountain, good tv reception, air con in living area satisfactory (although noisy),fridge & freezer space good.
Air con on a very hot stay was inadequate as it only cooled the living area. There was only one pedestal fan & one box fan . The small fan/heater in the back bathroom did not work.
The back living area was unliveable due to the extreme heat.
It would have been appropriate in heat wave conditions for the air con to be turned in readiness for our 2 pm notified arrival.
Cleaning- the bed in the bedroom nearest the kitchen & the single bed living looked like they had possibly previously been slept in & not made.
Freezer needs defrosting.
Maintenance- the front door emergency exit (not side door) requires attention to hinges as we opened it & it dropped down & was difficult to close.
The security screen door at the main side entry was not locked when we got & we could not lock it ourselves.
No screen on bathroom window at rear of house & a cat was hanging around.
Trees along the driveway need trimming & the gate needs to be pushed further back to allow larger easier access.

Liked how quiet it was. Nice to sit in the back living area and look out over the back yard.. Great view of the mountains .
Really large house with a choice of bathrooms and living areas.
A blind on the kitchen window for privacy at night would be good.
Also proper curtains or a blind in one of the double bedrooms.
I couldn't use it as the neighbours left their outside light on and it was shining into the bedroom all night.
