Great please to stay and unwind

Easy check in, great pool, grilling facilities were exceptional. I look forward to staying here at this facility again in the near future.

Nothing, everything was more that we expected. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future. Please keep me in mind for any future stay offerings!

We got to the hotel and they did not have our reservation through Booking.com

We had to book a room last minute through the resort because our reservation through booking.com was not in the system. We ended up having to pay double the about for our room.

8 / 10

Besides the problem with check in and long waiting to get in to our villa, the rest was great.

The area is large and clean. The room was spadeful .

Checking in was bad . The counter staff was slow. We had to wait several hours before we were able to had our room available .

The room was so large and comfortable. It was beyond my expectations. I look forward staying here, again, soon. The staff was wonderful, too.

No complaints.
