Posizione ottima, collegata da metro e autobus. Zona residenziale servita da molti ristoranti e supermecati.
Appartamento pulito e spazioso, in tre siamo stati benissimo.
Bene anche la comunicazione con il proprietario.
Qualche zona dell’appartamento un po’ datata e che avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

Overall the flat is nice and spacious for a family. It has everything needed for a few nights stay.
The location is close to public transport and full of restaurants and supermarkets.
1. No hot water, just barely warm. It was not possible to take a proper shower throughout the whole stay of 3 nights.
I was said that it's because of some issues with house boiler but tbh I don't care. For this price and for this length of stay, there should be hot water or a partial refund.
2. The windows do not fit into the frames so there's a constant flow of cold air from the street. I understand all the points about "this is an old house" but this is just a poor maintenance in my opinion.
3. There is no central heating on, although there is a radiator in the main room.
