We stayed at Brown House Hotel with my wife and our adult daughter for our final night in Taiwan before flying home the next day. We shared the same spacious room, which was very comfortable for the three of us.
The hotel was clean and extremely convenient, being just a short distance from Taipei Main Station, making it an ideal choice for catching the Airport MRT the following morning. There was plenty of street food downstairs, which was great for grabbing a quick meal.
We also appreciated the common area with a fridge and space to prepare a snack or drink. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
It would be a great base for a few days if you were exploring Taipei, especially if you are travelling through Taipei Main Station.

Laundry, community room, refrigerator, microwave, staff response, are all very good.
When booking, we missed a day, and had to check out one day, then check back in the next day. Maybe it was high season and less flexible.

Really liked the room and the price, clean big room for only 40bucks a night, crazy good.
i had my partner book this place for me online, but during check in you need to show the same card that was used to pay and they only accept to see a physical version of it, no virtual. i had to pay with either another card (physical for some reason and couldn't be virtual) or cash. until they give the money back on the other card that was used to book the place, I technically paid 2 times. yes I will get the money back so not that big of a problem, just a small inconvinience if you don't carry a physical card on you.
