Rustige lokatie maar toch op loopafstand van de pier en het strand

A cute and typical apartment on the top floor with a terrace where we could enjoy a nice view of the towers and high rise buildings of Busan. We were a family of 4 and the apartment had almost everything we needed including a washing machine. The host was very friendly, available and always willing to help :-) . The area was quiet but close enough to the bustle of Haeundae beach, bus and metro stations. (just a 5/10mn walk away depending on your pace). There were also cafés, bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores nearby and few tourists in the neighbourhood so we were among the locals, which was nice. We used public transports and rented a car for the remaining days to explore a little further and we could easily park our car for free in the public car park of the building (where the Lotte car rental Haeundae agency was).
Bedside lamps to relax and read in bed as well as forks and knives for four people would surely be appreciated by the guests but it's only a suggestion. ;-)

The only thing that I like is the fact that it does have air conditioning, because I’m the summer it’s boiling over here.
The property needs a deep cleaning and upgrade particularly in the bathroom area, because every time you use it the water goes everywhere, making the toilet and the sink all wet. The hot water in the shower didn’t work properly for two nights and we had to contact owner and he said that the boiler was turned off! If you have guests coming I presume it’s supposed to be turned on.
The location isn’t great because it’s far from beach and the surrounding area is mainly inhabited by locals, which is hard to communicate with in English even the local shops.
The access is very difficult due the staircase and the property is at 3 floor which means travelling with luggage is a nightmare.
Additionally, there’s a sign in the kitchen saying that they the owner don’t allow visitors to cook meat or fish in the top cooker, Busan is known for having great meat and fish and if you are staying in a house you should be able to cook your own food without restrictions.
