The house layout and design are beautiful. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath and television. The house was immaculate and offered nice amenities.
Maintenance issues: pool/spa developed algae which prevented us from using the pool some days, steps in the pool are too steep without a railing, kitchen countertops and pool deck has an ant infestation, the fridge did not get cold for 15 hours, the kitchen was inadequately stocked with utensils and worn pans, dish washer did not wash/dry on a regular cycle, living room sectional is too low to be comfortable, house temperature was uncomfortably warm at night even though the thermostat was adjusted, Wi-Fi connectivity was poor on the bedroom floors for those who had to work, living room chairs kitchen stools were ripped/stained, fire pit flame was too high and could not be adjusted without a key which was unavailable.
