The host is wonderful, very quick to respond to any questions.
The location is great for those that want to see Charleston but also be close to the beach and other attractions like the Angel Oak Tree. Folly beach is a short distance away (by car). There's the option of biking there but we haven't tried. Beach chairs were available at the property to take with you as well.
It's on us, really, but we didn't pay attention to there only being 1 bathroom in the property when booking, which for 5 people was OK, but obviously a bit limiting at crunch time.
The road to Folly beach can be busy depending on time of day

It was a lovely home, everything was neat and clean. The home looked just liked its photo's and Jessica the host was very responsive to any issues we had. Would be happy to stay there again. Great location too.

It was in a perfect location, a close drive to downtown and not too far from the beach. The whole house was decorated in a very cute manner and had a lot of the kitchen necessities. Ac worked great! Would definitely recommend booking here!
For larger groups, just be aware there is only 1 bathroom.

This home was perfect for our busy one-night stay! The location was just a short drive to both downtown and the beach, but tucked away enough to be very quiet and relaxing. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated having three bedrooms. Check-in was smooth, and our host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
