These six, 2-story units all sit separate from Mo Bay Club Condo Towers and El Greco resort but are on the same complex. Meaning all 3 properties share the same pool, restaurant, bar, and elevator down to the hip strip and beach. The pool, bar, and restaurant are all what I would rate as pretty good. Each individual unit at Court Manor is owned by different people so the interior of each and how it is set up is different. Some are dated with back porches that need work, older furniture, older bathrooms, and outdated kitchens while others are completely remodeled. Either way in my opinion your view from all of these units is amazing. Your condo sits right on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the views of the beach and the boats coming in are great. They do have maid service but you may have to ask the front desk for it sometimes, tipping also helps. These units also have a private parking lot and a nice shaded garden area that you can picnic in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It will not appeal to individuals who are looking for 5 star luxury resorts but if you're looking for a property that is local friendly and somewhere where you can do your own thing, have a full kitchen, tons of space, and a great view then this is it. This is coming from someone who has been going to Jamaica frequently for over 15 years. Side note, take the elevator down and go to Bigg's BBQ, it's right next door to Doctor's Cave Beach but their beach area is free to use.
