These recently renovated cottages are in the heart of Rockaway Beach and sit just across the road from beachfront access while also being a short walk from countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options.
With most everything being remodeled and upgraded, you will find the cottages strike that perfect balance of style and comfort. The unit comes with a kitchenette making it easy to store food as well as whip up a quick meal whenever you desire. Additionally each unit has a small patio area as well as a shared seating area under the gazebo.
The location is absolutely incredible and will make as a perfect location to adventure up and down the coast. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $50 fee per pet with a maximum of 1 pet. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We enjoyed our stay here at Rockaway Beach. The property is right across the street from the beach in a quaint town. The apartment looked exactly as the listing and included everything we needed. We found it to be a good value, less expensive than other beach towns nearby. The property management was very responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy.

Fantastic little spot at a fantastic price! Plenty of space for our family of 4 and pup, a Roku tv to keep the littles entertained while we were there, a nice sandy area around back with sand toys and a fire pit (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use this time), quick access to basically all of Rockaway, comfy beds, the list goes on. This unit is up a single story staircase, which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for somebody that struggles with stairs. Literally the only thing that could be improved on is that the fit and finish of the trim and doorframes could use a little touching up, but that absolutely will not stop us from staying here again. It's easily our top contender for a place in Rockaway!

Nice amenities in the kitchen. Check in was painless and quick. The only one thing was the bathtub was not to wide .
