Located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and town this Stunning town side home is the perfect place to base yourself Down South.
Spend days at the beach, walk to the Jetty, go for a coffee or lunch in town.
House is a brand-new build, ducted AC throughout, enclosed yard for kids, table tennis, gas BBQ, smart TVs and brand-new mattresses.
The home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and lockable garage. You will be comfortable all year round with Ducted Air conditioning and heating throughout the whole home.
The open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy playing in their own space in the separate loungeroom. Both TVs provided in the home are "Smart "so you can login to your Netflix, Stan or Prime accounts and watch your favorite TV shows and movies while away. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer.

Property was immaculate and and just as described. We especially enjoyed the generous spaces and insanely comfortable giant sofas in the TV theatre. Well stocked with everything you need but would love to see a pot holder included in the kitchen to handle hot pans from the oven. Great quiet location and easy walk into town which our teenagers enjoyed. Will definietely book again for our regular trips to Busselton to see family.
