The property is in a handy location for a Bussleton holiday. Walk to the beach relatively short. The back garden was secure, but we had to avoid it due to the large amount of pea gravel which resulted in a few accidents for our kids (under 3 years). But the garden space is large and would probably suit older kids. Small park across the road was a bonus for our kids. The rooms all had air-conditioning units and overall the place was clean and comfy.
It was quite pricey for the 4 nights; although it was peak holiday season. It would have been good to have been supplied with more dishwashing cleaning products / tea towels (only 1 supplied) for the stay. This may have been an oversight as we were supplied with laundry powder etc. A few different pillow thicknesses would have been nice as all were too solid/thick for our comfort.

Location was very central. Easy walk to the beach and town. Backyard was large and tidy - great spot for the dogs to run around.
It was a little chilly and the fence palings were very loose in spots, so we kept a close eye on the dogs to make sure they didn’t go through to the neighbours.
