Step into the newly renovated kitchen, where you'll find modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. The bathroom boasts a luxurious large bath and combined shower, providing the ultimate spot for unwinding after a day of beach adventures.
French doors lead from the living area to a deck overlooking the large lush backyard, where you can enjoy alfresco dining, soak up the sunshine, or simply savor the peaceful ambiance. With plenty of parking available, you can easily come and go as you please during your stay.
Throughout the cottage, wooden floorboards add warmth and character, complementing the coastal decor and creating a cozy atmosphere. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and two single beds, ensuring a comfortable night's rest for everyone.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your stay.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

The house was very clean and a lovely comfortable king bed. It is well equipped in the kitchen. Things to be aware is the shower is in a bath and it wouldn’t be suitable for someone elderly as it is a large step to get in. It was fine for us though, lovely big bath and nice shower. There is no storage for clothes in the main bedroom, the bathroom also doesn’t have shelves or any bench tops/ cupboard space and the oven didn’t work properly and I burnt my hand as some of the knobs got really hot. It was easy to clean before we left as hard floors throughout. It was also quiet and close to the beach.

Great spot for a quiet getaway with a few flaws. The bathroom setup could be improved with the shower over bath guaranteeing a wet floor every wash. Be aware that there is a 200 deposit and ID check external to Stayz required on top of the price to book initially which I have asked to be made clearer in the listing.
