Plan to spend a wonderful week at the beach in this attractively furnished south side of a duplex. Your vacation memories will linger with you long after you've left.
There is an interior connecting door that will allow large groups to feel together and lots of games, books & movies for everyone's enjoyment.

1st Floor Streetside Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; full bath with tub/shower adjacent with separate entrance

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.6 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Island's past.

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
In accordance with Homeowners Insurance policies, certain dog breeds deemed "dangerous" by most insurance providers are not permitted at this property. Please contact Ward Realty in advance if you have any questions about your pet's eligibility to stay at Fins to Left and Fins to the Right. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.
Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Please note this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
