Sunny Palm Desert is waiting for you at this marvelous, NEWLY RENOVATED 3-bedroom condo in the Desert Falls Country Club Villas. Step inside to find a master king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a comfortable, quaint stay. This is a ground level unit, no stairs necessary so we are ADA accessible. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, cable tv and 2 pools in the backyard along with pickle ball and tennis courts available next to the fitness center. Be sure to check out the closets where you can find floaters x the pool and 2 bikes in the garage to ride within the complex for you to enjoy during your stay! With 3 bathrooms, including a washer and dryer, you'll feel right at home. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your journey one to remember.

Comfortably fit 6 people with multiple showers and bathrooms. The gated community made us feel safe.

We had the most wonderful stay, The condo is in a closed in community which means very few cars, My children loved to bike around the area and the views of the mountain around are beautiful! the Condo is very clean, We had a really nice time, Thanks!

We were there for 2 months Positive note , has Pickleball courts ( awesome ) Mountain View ( 75% , there is a small tree in the way ) , 2 pools are close , front door has a combo which is very handy, condo was clean . Tried to use iron and board , iron had gummy stuff on it , I tried to clean per You tube but it didn’t clean up , emailed owner and she had a new one delivered promptly . Beds very comfortable, linens and towels clean , a few big ones looked like they had ink stains on them but of no bother . Negative note The blinds are dated and pulling on the strings made me nervous that the string would break , they are threadbare , watch out , they could break any minute , the small window blind in the living room was the worst , rarely changed the position of the blind . Frying pans need to be replaced , the large one only fried things on the edge, the middle didn’t , small one was similar but not as bad . Knives were pitiful with only one being sharp . The garage door is antiquated ,it swings up instead of slides up ( probably original one ) that mechanism scared me , we used it once and never again . There are bikes but 2 boys bikes Sliding door to patio hard to open Screen door to patio is bent and doesn’t close completely Rugs in entry and kitchen threadbare not of good quality. Living room rug has stains .
