This place is truly special, as is the host.

It is not just an apartment, but a home that reflects great care and attention to detail. The owner clearly values this space and shares it with guests who are able to appreciate its atmosphere and character. The location is exceptional. Although it is outside the city center, it offers breathtaking panoramic views over Rome. Being situated on a hill, the apartment provides an elevated perspective of the city, creating a feeling of openness and distance from the urban noise. The terrace is the highlight of the property. With exclusive access and views on three sides, it feels like a private garden above the city. Surrounded by roses, lemon and mandarin trees, as well as many other plants and flowers, it is a true green oasis — perfect for families or guests who appreciate nature and peaceful moments, even in a rooftop setting. Inside, the apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean and very well maintained. All necessary facilities were available, including complete kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, smart TV and a very reliable internet connection. Mr. Ricardo is a genuinely kind and attentive host. He made sure we had everything we needed and offered thoughtful recommendations for places to visit and enjoy good food in Rome. Overall, this is a place best suited for respectful, thoughtful guests and families who value atmosphere, greenery and a sense of home. For those who do, it is a wonderful experience.

Access with luggage requires some effort, as there is a short spiral staircase after the elevator, and the neighborhood can be lively in the evenings due to nearby restaurants and cafés. However, thanks to the height of the apartment, this does not affect the calm and comfort of the stay. Finding parking in the evening may be slightly challenging if you arrive by car.

I felt like a special and welcome guest who was being cared for.

We were greeted by a charming owner who was very kind and responsive. The entire large apartment with an impressive terrace was at our disposal, the abundance of plants on it pleasantly surprised us as northerners. The apartment had everything we needed for a longer stay, all the appliances were in working order, we really liked the interior of the apartment. There are many different services in the area - restaurants, cake shops, a hairdresser, a household goods store, a grocery store. Public transport is available right next to the house. We were very, very satisfied with everything.
