We had a great stay at the apartment and Udine

Very close to the historic centre! Nice apartment!

Not dark enough during the night because of window above the entrance.

Misleading amenities and a total lack of accountability from staff

Misleading amenities and a total lack of accountability from staff While the WhatsApp communication for check-in was acceptable, the post-stay service was abysmal. I realized I had left a specialty loaf of bread (brought from abroad) in the freezer and messaged the staff within 30 minutes of checking out. Despite me and my partner messaging them repeatedly, they chose to ignore us for two full weeks, with lazy short replies in between. When they finally bothered to reply, they gave a scripted response claiming the cleaning crew threw it away. Since I alerted them almost immediately, it’s clear they simply didn't check or didn't care. Their lack of accountability and mostly 'radio silence' for 14 days is incredibly unprofessional. They only replied then because i told them i was coming into town and would pass by the apartment to pick it up. Additionally, the 'Infrared Sauna' is a total gimmick. You are limited to a 45-minute session, which is purely symbolic considering the time it takes for an infrared unit to actually heat up. It feels like a feature they use for marketing that you can’t actually enjoy. Overall, a very disappointing experience where the guest is ignored the moment they hand back the keys.

COMPLIMENTI CONSOGLIATISSIMA
