Tutto super, soggiorno ottimo!
Host gentilissima, attenta e disponibile.
Posizione eccezionale! Esattamente nel cuore centro storico, comodissima per girare a piedi la città.
Appartamenti puliti, fornitissimi, comodi e accoglienti. C'è tutto l'occorrente da bagno, da cucina e per le eventuali pulizie.
Siamo stati benissimo, coccolati, assolutamente consigliato!

In the heart of the old town, therefore close to all the historic buildings and museums, on a lovely arcaded shopping street. Very quiet. An easy 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean, contemporary decor with some vintage pieces, and very well equipped. I think I even saw hair tongs! Not that I used those, but what a treat to find an iron to take the edge off the dishevelled tourist look and fare less of a brutta figura!
Udine is a gem - lovely architecture, interesting museums, clean and well maintained with lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Recommend it for a short stay and day trips to Trieste and other places would be easy by train.
This is not particularly a criticism of this accommodation and seems to be becoming the norm everywhere, but the whole automated check in process via Vikey is very impersonal and though it all worked it would be nice to see a human being! No little touches like restaurant or activity recommendations from the host.

Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per tre notti organizzato tutto alla perfezione, la struttura è molto elegante ed è dotata di ogni comodità per le famiglie angolo cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione, macchina espressa per il caffè, asciugacapelli, tostapane, ecc. Tutto molto pulito ed ordinato.

Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern an allen drei Seiten auf einen schmalen Lichthof - den Nachbarn gegenüber kann man fast die Hand geben.
Sehr düster - auch tagsüber bei hellen Sonnenschein ist es notwendig das Licht aufzudrehen
Bei unserer Ankunft um 15 Uhr (angekündigt) hatte es bei einer Außentemperatur von 37 Grad im Appartement 28 Grad, da die Klimananlage nicht eingeschaltet war. Sie lief auch im Betrieb nur auf "Sparmodus" und kühlte kaum. Eine zufälig anwesende Putzfrau klärte dies telefonisch mit der Vermieterin, während wir nach 20 Minuten vergeblicher eigener Versuche (wir haben zu Hause eine Klimaanlage!) schweißgebadet in ein Cafe flüchteten. Eine Stunde später zurückgekehrt, war ein Turbo dazugeschaltet und die Räume kühl.
Nach einem Identitätsdiebstahl schicken wir auf Anraten der Polizei seit vielen Jahren bei Buchungen (auch und vor allem bei Booking) keine Fotos unserer Pässe, sondern Schwarz-Weiß-Kopien. Das erste Mal war dies sichtlich ein Problem und die Kopien, als Anlage an zwei verschiedene E Mail Adressen geschickt, kamen angeblich nicht an. Nach Sage und Schreibe 11 E Mails und unserer Weigerung Fotos zu senden, "fanden" sie sich doch am Abend vor unserer Abreise. Ob der Hintergrund mangelnde Professionalität der Vermieter oder anderes ist, will ich nicht beurteilen. Es hinterlässt jedenfalls ein komisches Gefühl...
