Amazing place well kept and clean the staff from the bar to the restaurant really nice and helpfull many thanks to marco and the girls from the spa and as well many thanks to the manager Mohamed bassiouny do not esitate to book this place

Het restaurant was goed en het personeel daar ook. Zwembaden werden goed bijgehouden en schoongemaakt.
Het werkende (vloer) personeel was top.
De gehele receptie en manager vielen gruwelijk tegen. Slecht in communiceren en niet in oplossingen denken. Het werk personeel kwam met oplossingen en zorgden voor alles. Deze gaven ook aan zich te verontschuldigen voor hun leiding waar ze zelf niet tevreden over waren.
