Rather new property
Toilets in the rooms were not well planned & entrance with a stroller is tricky.

The staff excel at catering for you. Kids and Teens club a huge plus with cool activities. Room was a good size for our party of 4.
Upselling- we already paid for an all inclusive. The Elite vs Regular client. The hotel is already expensive why try to charge more.
Reserving chairs at pool. Regardless of hotel policy, people still got up early to place a towel on the chairs by the kids pool.

Premises rather new
This was our 2nd stay in SLS in a short while. Second time was worse: staff locked our passports in safe box without notice; we had to ask for coffee capsules 4 or 5 times over several days; dry cleaning is overpriced (we paid like 450 usd for 3-4 days worth of clothes); at least half of the restaurants were closed.
