Terrace, delights left as a welcome present. Location. Easy to reach old town and airport.

The property was very easy to access from the port. It had a large outdoor space and slept 3 people comfortably. The kitchen had everything you need including a coffee maker and aircon and fans were provided. Having some breakfast items was also a beautiful touch.

Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y agradable estancia. Responden rápido a tus mensajes y son muy amables en el trato. Las instrucciones muy claras y está muy cerca del puerto si quieres o tienes planes de tomar ferri. Igualmente está cerca a del aeropuerto de Heraklion (~10 min max). El barrio es tranquilo y tiene un restaurante cerca con vistas al puerto espectacular. La cama cómoda y el aire acondicionado iba muy bien.
Las escaleras de entrada acceso al apto con mucho equipaje y niños puede no ser tan sencillo. Más utensilios de cocina son necesarios si quieres cocinar.

It was clean and served us for one night. There were clean towels and hot water. The bedroom and bathroom were an ok size. There was a table to eat off in the living room. The kitchen had basic equipment to make a meal.
We had no instructions before we got there. We arrived at night and it was very dark. A neighbour had to help us as it was not clear where the apartment was and we had no key code, despite asking for it before we left the UK. Eventually we got hold of the host/agent on the phone and got in but it was pitch black going up the stairs, as only at the top, we found a key to generate the lights. There was only a tiny bottle of water for the 2 of us in the fridge and we were told the supermarket was closed, thankfully we found one.
