Very spacious house with enormous living areas.
Bedrooms comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Spotlessly clean throughout.
Large terraces and balconies with breathtaking views over Funchal, the surrounding area and the ocean - honestly, the views were one of the highlights of our stay.
Private on-site parking, comfortably fitting 2 cars.
Within walking distance of the centre - approximately 1–1.5 km to the Old Town and port.
Super friendly, helpful and welcoming owner.
No grocery stores nearby. The closest one is about 1 km away, so you will either need to use a car/taxi/Bolt or be prepared to carry your shopping up a fairly steep hill.
On-site parking is available for an additional fee.
A few more kitchen utensils and equipment would be useful

Ein großzügiges Appartment mit mehreren Balkonen und einer phänomenalen Aussicht auf Funchal, den Hafen und das Meer! Küche ausreichend bestückt!
Großer Flatscreen, sehr gutes WLAN, gut gesichertes Grundstück! Fussläufig zum Ortskern, Restaurants und Geschäften.
Man sollte über eine Grundkondition verfügen, denn es sind gut 100 Höhenmeter zu bewältigen, wenn man vom Ort zur Wohnung zurückkehrt. Positiv zu sehen: es ersetzt eine Fitnesseinheit 😅

Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht über Funchal bis zum Hafen. Bequeme Betten und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
