First of all, the owners of this property were amazing. They both went above and beyond. The communication was incredible, and even silly questions (which I imagine they get often) were responded to quickly and also with the utmost professionalism – but also with a friendly welcome. The flat is small but incredibly thoughtful/well laid out, and we never had to look far for any amenities/scissors/utensils/extra towels needed. The bed is really comfy; even the pull-out sofa bed was easy to assemble/spare clean sheets were available, and the linens were great quality. The shower room was brilliant, and the overall property was incredibly clean.
The only downside to this was the location itself was very dangerous, and a few times people tried to get entry into the building. I was also followed back to the apartment a few times, approached by men who were intoxicated/under the influence – therefore, I cannot recommend that a solo female traveller book in this apartment area – but I definitely recommend booking with this company in their other locations in Paris.
