Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt war super! Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war der kostenlose Parkplatz sehr hilfreich und für uns ein Grund die Wohnung zu mieten. Auch war alles da, was man braucht (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Kaffee, usw.).

Easy location near major Graz transit hub. We took the trolley from the train station, very easy. Also, every day during the Formula One races at Red Bull Ring, we took a shuttle bus from the train station so taking the trams was AMAZING!
More fans in the building for the hot summer. It was difficult to get good air flow at night sleeping when it was 40C outside, it doesn't cool down that much. Cold shower before bed helped, but still you're sleeping in the heat.

Comfortable, clean apartment. Close to the city center. Perfect for a family.
As it is on the top floor it was very warm during the summer time. Sleeping with open windows was too noisy due to the traffic. Otherwise highly recommended.
