The apartment was in a very central location for the old town and bars and restaurants. However it could be noisy at night and with no aircon we had to have windows open. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofabed, and 2 double sofa beds in the living room,. There were only 2 of us so it was ample. Plenty of towels provided, however they were old and thin, could definitely do with replacing. And there was only 1 teatowel for drying dishes, which wasn't really enough for 4 nights.
The apartment was bright and spacious, and plenty of storage. Unfortunately the bathroom is a long way away from the toilet-they were at opposite ends of the apartment, it would perhaps be a good idea to install a washbasin in the wc as that would be much more convenient for hand washing, and there was plenty of space for this. In the bathroom the shower was over the bath but there was also a huge water container/boiler on the same wall which made space for showering very cramped, particularly with the sloping roof. We are not particularly tall but I think it would be a problem for anyone taller. My 6ft husband would have struggled. There was a washing machine also in the bathroom which made space limited. The kitchen was well equipped, and had a dishwasher (which we didn't use) . Communication and checkin was straightforward, the host sent clear instructions for accessing the key and dropping it off on departure. There are numerou bars and restaurants just steps away.

Self check-in was a little tricky, rooms are used but clean. Access to the city was great.

This is great place to stay while in Graz, very walkable. The place is good, and would stay again here, except during hot summer months. No aircondition was a bit problem, and harder to sleep, especially up stairs.
