Lots of room and well equipped.
This is not a complaint but think you need to know, when we arrived the entrance to the parking area was blocked by a parked car and later when it had moved there was a builders van in the allotted parking space.

The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I started to wonder if the neighbourhood had been evacuated and we weren't informed. Genuinely one of the most quiet places I've ever stayed. We stayed in February and it was lovely and warm. The radiators belt out some heat. There's also plenty of hot water although the shower is what I could only describe as courageously poor.
The settees and beds are really quite uncomfortable. I'll acknowledge I'm quite tall so you can't serve every need in a place at this price point.

Property was clean and tidy. has a big bathroom. heating was effective. i forgot my jacket in the property. the owner posted it on my address. the owner is kind and very sweet.

Location was great, close to the city. Lovely quiet area. Comfortable beds. Good temperature. Reasonable price. Easy to get into the flat , bedrooms were nice. Lots of space.
Oven is really disgusting, needs cleaning. The fridge leaked on the floor. There is a lack of kitchen utensils, only 2 forks and no frying pan. Parking is a bit tricky .
