Brilliant place, kind hosts and fantastic location

Very informative host, fantastic traditional building sensitively restored. Great restaurant recommendations, excellent location. Air con appreciated and comfortable beds, chilled water and coffee on arrival

Grandeur in Genoa

Location is fantastic for the train station (Piazza Principe) and also for accessing the old town. The building is amazing, and the fitting out of the apartment provides a unique, luxurious, and homely base to explore Genoa. There are no windows in the apartment, but that isn't particularly noticeable.

We (family of 4) only stayed for one night (arriving at 4pm and departing 8:30am the next day) and the apartment was absolutely fine. I'm not sure it would be suitable for more than a week.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, direkt in der Innenstadt. Alle Attraktionen waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Host war unfassbar nett und hat sogar gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe und Möglichkeiten zum Parken gegeben.

Es kommt nicht viel Tageslicht ins Apartement.

Lage sehr gut, etliche Cafés zum Frühstücken um die Ecke,

Klingelschild aussen Piazza nicht gut lesbar. Boiler im Bad heizt gut, hat den Nachteil bei über 30 Grad dass es kein kaltes Wasser zum Abduschen gibt. Abfluss Dusche verstopft, muss gereinigt werden.
